The month of September has seen some pretty exciting moments here at TaxPlanIQ...and one of the most notable has been the release of our Personal Virtual Tax Consultant, jAIne!

At TaxPlanIQ, diversity isn't just a concept; it's a core principle. jAIne's creation exemplifies this principle, as a minority female AI making her mark in the field of tax consultation. To capture her essence visually, we partnered with a talented minority female artist, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity. jAIne symbolizes the synergy of human ingenuity and advanced AI technology, reflecting our unwavering commitment to inclusivity and excellence.

 

The creation of jAIne was a remarkable collaboration between the TaxPlanIQ team and the power of GPT-4, the latest version of OpenAI's language model. This unique fusion led to the creation of a custom chatbot that not only expands the capabilities of GPT-4 but also integrates contemporary tax education and insights from our prestigious  Certified Concierge Tax Accountant coaching program (TaxPlanIQ.com/CCTA) and the wealth of experience of our Founder, Jackie Meyer. 

 

Plus, exciting new features are on the horizon! Soon, jAIne will analyze tax returns to suggest optimal strategies and play an integral role in inputting tax plans.

You asked...We Listened!  ACH is Here!

We're excited to announce that ACH (Automated Clearing House) is now available as a payment option. This feature allows you to directly debit payments from your bank account, offering an alternative to credit card payments.

 

To set up ACH:

1.  Go to "Settings"
2.  Navigate to "Manage Billing"
3.  Select "Payment Method"
4.  Choose ACH as your preferred method.

For those who've experienced credit card payment challenges, ACH provides a seamless solution via Direct Debit.

 

 

Now Introducing: Document Upload Feature!

Say goodbye to the days of managing and searching for documents across various platforms or tools. With our newest enhancement, you can now directly upload crucial documents right into the client file on the TaxPlanIQ system.   By using this feature, Subscribers can easily store necessary documentation, such as W-2s, 1099s, or receipts, to support their client's income, deductions, and credits, ensuring that all pertinent records are organized and readily accessible within the software.
This enhancement will streamline your processes, enhance organization, and ensure that all necessary documents are within easy reach when you're deep into your tax planning sessions!  

To Upload a Document:

1.  Go to Client Plans.

2.  Click on the Plan you want to add the document to.

3.  Click on Plan Details and locate the small paperclip on the information bar at        the top of the page (next to the blue "publish" button).  

4.  Choose the document you want to upload and it is smooth sailing!

This enhancement reaffirms our commitment to ensuring that TaxPlanIQ remains the gold standard for tax planning software. It's our continuous endeavor to simplify, optimize, and enrich your experience with us.
