      Exciting Enhancements to Our Tax Planning Software This Month!

      We're thrilled to share the latest updates made to our tax planning software to offer you an even more seamless experience:

      • Enhanced Escalation Feature: We've rolled out a new escalation mechanism for heightened support. Simply use the keyword "Escalate:" during your chat with JAIne, and it will automatically send an email to Support@taxplaniq.com. This email will include your userID, the time of the issue reported, and an attached chat log for context. 
      • Integrated Knowledge Base: We've seamlessly integrated tax strategy data from the TPIQ database directly into our knowledge base, Wikibase, ensuring JAIne accesses the freshest information from the TaxLibrary of TPIQ.
      • Automatic Data Updates for JAIne: A newly established automated scheduler now regularly imports the latest tax strategy insights from TPIQ to Wikibase. This guarantees JAIne remains informed with the most recent updates.
      • Structured Data Schema: We've introduced a meticulously designed schema to manage tax strategy information. This advancement aids JAIne in effectively organizing and showcasing pertinent details to you.
      • Efficient Data Fetching: The deployment of a new API service allows JAIne to effortlessly retrieve necessary data from Wikibase, ensuring a smooth user experience.
      • Vector Database Integration: The inclusion of tax strategy data into our Vector Database amplifies JAIne's ability to present you with precise and current information.

      I’ve decided to switch to value pricing. How do I implement this process when it comes to client proposals?

      Since value pricing is entirely dependent on the value you are providing within a given project, each proposal will have to be custom-made for each client. Presenting a boilerplate proposal can result in inaccurately charging your clients. Additionally, without addressing their specific issues, your client may have difficulty understanding the value of your services. 

      The key here is to begin with a thorough discovery session to better understand their situation. This way, you'll have a solid foundation upon which to build a strategy.
