If you are on the Basic Plan Subscription, you’re allowed to build up to 12 tax plans per year. This article explains what happens when you reach this limit, how to manage your existing plans, and what options you have if you need more.
How Many Plans Are Included in My Subscription?

The Basic Plan includes 12 tax plans per year.

Special "Jackie Meyer" plans do not count toward your annual plan quota.

Any sample tax plans created in collaboration with our TaxPlanIQ team does not count toward your quota.
What Happens When I Reach My Plan Limit?
If you’ve used your 12 plan slots for the year:

You won’t be able to build additional plans unless you delete or archive existing ones

Alternatively, you can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan with a larger plan quota.
How to Remove Unneeded Plans
To free up space within your existing quota:

Go to Clients > Live Clients.

Click the Filters button.

Set the filter to All to view all your plans.

Identify and remove the sample plans
⚠️ Please ensure you only remove plans that are no longer needed, as this action cannot be undone.
